The Barcelona International Boat Show returns to Port Vell from 8–12 October 2025 with a bold new vision and expanded offering. Reinventing itself as one of Europe’s leading nautical events, the show will feature a broader range of vessels, premium experiences, and a strong focus on innovation and sustainability.

Visitors can look forward to an impressive showcase of over 200 boats on the water, including everything from small and mid-sized models to superyachts over 20 metres. Leading international brands and shipyards will present their latest launches, incorporating cutting-edge design, navigation technologies, and eco-friendly solutions.

To accommodate this growth, the event will expand across key locations in Port Vell—La Fusta, España, and Marina Port Vell—with the addition of the Barcelona dock dedicated to larger yachts. A shuttle boat service will connect the different docks, making exploring the 2.2km floating exhibition and more than 12,000 m² of commercial space easy.

The 2025 edition will also launch a VIP hosted buyers programme, inviting 50 high-end international buyers, and establish a network of industry ambassadors to promote the show globally. A new 2,500 m² hospitality village at Portal de la Pau will offer gourmet dining and networking opportunities, enhancing the visitor experience.

Sustainability and innovation remain central pillars of the event, with dedicated programming such as the Blue Tech Summit, Blue Tech Safaris, and Ship&Tips practical workshops. These initiatives highlight advances in the blue economy and environmentally responsible boating practices.
