The IFBSO Marketing & Sales Working Group is dedicated to empowering boat show organisers with innovative strategies and proven techniques to attract audiences, engage exhibitors, and drive commercial success. As the marine events landscape evolves rapidly with changing consumer behaviours and digital transformation, this working group serves as the strategic hub for marketing excellence across the global boat show community.

PURPOSE OF THE WORKING GROUP

The working group focuses on developing marketing and sales strategies that maximise attendance, enhance exhibitor satisfaction, and strengthen the commercial viability of boat shows worldwide. From digital marketing innovations and audience engagement tactics to exhibitor retention strategies and revenue optimisation, this working group helps members implement practical solutions that drive measurable results.
